Description: 2-year position to conduct blue sky research on deep learning methods as part of a funded effort consisting of 2 postdoctoral fellows and 2 graduate students working under the supervision of Dr. Ivan Garibay (CASL Director), Dr. Georgios Anagnostopoulos (CASL Faculty), and Dr. James Baker (CASL Faculty & founder Dragon Speech). Explorations include creating and curating challenge problems, design and evaluation of novel algorithms, design of frameworks to compare and evaluate deep learning architectures.

Description: 1-year position renewable for up to 5 years to assist in research conducted at the Complex Adaptive Systems Laboratory including research on complex adaptive systems, agent-based modeling, human behavioral modeling, social networks, deep learning, innovation and economic agent-based and network science models, and others. The student will work under the supervision of Dr. Ivan Garibay (CASL Director) or a CASL Affiliated Faculty.
