Infectious Disease Spread: Flu
This dataset contains information about the Flu virus spreading between healthy and infected students by having close interactions. The nodes refer to almost the entire school population and the edges refer to the interactions with different durations. Most of the contacts are short time. This dataset contains information regarding the number of confirmed, suspected and death related to the Ebola cases in countries with Ebola outbreak and date of report. The 10 countries with Ebola outbreak are Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Senegal, Mali, Spain, USA, UK, and Italy. The dataset is collected based on official information reported by ministries of health in each country. The data files provide information updates per week regarding the number of cases within the years 2014 to 2016. Three data files are available for download from https://data.humdata.org/dataset/ebola-cases-2014.
